LaSalle Street Regional Center, LLC (LSRC) is a service agent organization approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Department, under the EB-5 visa program, that sponsors job creating capital investment projects. LSRC establishes a separate investment fund for each job creating entity from which EB-5 investors can then purchase equity (the equity model) or by lending funds (the loan model). The job creating entity then uses the investment from the LSRC sponsored fund to help create the necessary jobs required under the EB-5 program. With the regional center designation, LSRC can include both of indirect and direct job creation. Indirect jobs are those jobs shown to have been created collaterally or as a result of capital invested in a commercial enterprise affiliated with the regional center.

Mission

Our mission is to provide excellence in every phase of the EB-5 visa process, including providing exceptional investment opportunities to EB-5 investors, and providing status updates on investment and immigration processing status. While our main goal is to provide investment opportunities and legal support that help people realize the goal of citizenship in the United States of America, we also wish to establish long term relationships with our investors and provide access to exceptional opportunities in real estate investments in the United States.
